The role
Based in our St Lukes store and reporting to the Store Manager you will be responsible for:
- The overall operations and management of the store on a day-today basis in collaboration with the Store Manager
- Providing strong leadership, training and coaching for your team
- Maintaining and driving sales, ensuring the team stay motivated and are achieving targets
- Ensuring a great customer journey is prioritised within the store
- Creating and maintaining a positive in store culture

About you
- Retail leadership experience with proven results and of course, a passion for sales
- A great attitude; positive, confident, a growth mindset and driven
- Ability to motivate your team to achieve exceptional results
- A love of connecting and engaging with people – both your team and customers
- Focus on training & growing a high-performing team
- Excellent technical and operational know-how
- Passion for our brand and alignment to our values and culture
- Must be available to work 38 hours per week on a Sunday - Thursday roster
